your account; at any time and, remove and/or cancel orders (entered by you
with SALEAVENUE) in it’s sole discretion with or without cause, and with
or without any prior notice.
All content / information posted by you becomes SALEAVENUE property which
can be used by SALEAVENUE. SALEAVENUE assumes free, perpetual, irrevocable
and sublicense-able right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create
derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in

from the date of such cause of action accrues or else, any claim will be
